Kids Path is a specialized program for children living with serious, progressive medical conditions. In addition, Kids Path provides support for children and youth experiencing the grief associated with the illness or death of a loved one.
Kids Path was founded by Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro. Through a consortium of Kids Path providers, services are offered in three states: North Carolina, South Carolina and West Virginia.
The goal of Kids Path is to enhance the quality of life for these children and those who share their lives while regaining a sense of normalcy. |
